Evolution

A few years ago, Marketing was all about having a physical product and store where consumers could walk in and enjoy your services. If marketing personnel were asked what they thought would be one of the sure ways to make businesses profitable, they probably would have said opening more shop outlets in different geographical areas to meet the growing demand.

Few years on, marketing has taken a whole new form, which has changed most of the concepts surrounding the principles of profitability and growth. Now you do not necessarily have to have a huge shop or office to run a big successful business. All of your business could be as little and mobile as your mobile phone.

With the growth and fast changing technology space, you could serve a global market at your own comfort. By that I mean you can literary be sitting on your toilet whiles  conducting business transactions around the globe. How cool is that?

Due to the fast pace at which technology is changing, marketers and for that matter business owners or whoever is willing to be successful needs to constantly change (I mean daily), if you really want to be on top of your game.

The most successful people in the world are people who accept and adopt technology as a part of their lives. Most people have made more profit on various social media platforms than they could have made working in a physical store or sitting in an office.

As a result of how influential technology is to our success, there is the need for everyone to know at least the  basic principles of digital marketing. With the knowledge of the digital world, trust that you might be able to achieve half of what you aim for, either by working for someone or managing your own business.

Our lives have never been easier, you can host a blog, server, app, website etc...all at the comfort of your couch. This blog post I am writing was done with my phone, using my mobile data. I can literally create websites, market my business and monitor my campaigns without having to leave my bed.

Technology is great and a huge blessing to us, nevertheless, just as we speak about money ( money should not control us, we should rather control it), same should also be said about our use of technology. At all times we should always be in the control seat when it comes to using technology and at no instance should we let technology control our conscience, thoughts, beliefs and judgments. Despite the benefits to be gotten from technology, it can also be the source of your downfall.

Be wise, embrace change but don't let the change change your conscience.

My Principles to Success

Success in not measured by the amount of money you have in the bank, but the amount of peace you have within. Money is just the bye product of success, so strive to do what you love doing and what makes you happy. That inner peace should be at the top of your vision board, so that any goal you set will be aimed at bringing you the peace you longed for. These principles that I write about, represent to me a guide to meeting my vision and nothing will excite me so much than to have everyone reading this to join me in adopting these simple principles as a guide in this road to success. The principles below are not just concepts, but they are principles which have been tried, tested and proved to be realistic. All of us are blessed with dreams on who and what we wish to be, but lacks the directions on how to make these dreams and visions a reality. Following these simple steps will in the long run lead you to your desired end. God will do exceedingly abundantly above all that you think ...

THEY WERE ONCE LIKE US.

Most often than not, as children, we tend to act as if our parents were overreacting or being overly protective of us. Even though this might be the fact, we treat them bad for doing their jobs as parents. We act as if we will never react or behave like them to our own children. We have heard of so many stories where parents are made to seem like the bad once  for always getting involved in the lives of their children, even to the point of visiting or staying over at the house of their married sons or daughters, while some scold you for going out with your friends and coming back 5mins late. Even though I might not entirely agree with all the stuff mentioned, especially when it comes to the lives of married children. I believe as children, we will not be able to entirely put our selves in their shoes and completely understand why they behave the way they do. Growing up I have heard and I believe most of us have heard this saying from out parents especially our mothers that "wait...
